No sound
Amazing product, only downside is theres no sound from it. unless you have your phone on right next to you or blaring all night, theres no point on having relaxing sounds

Disappointed in the Therabody Smart Goggles
I'm sad to say I'm returning the Therabody smart goggles as I'm quite unhappy with the product. A few key issues I experienced:Fit Issues: With only a single strap, the goggles didn't tighten properly around the top, so I didn't get the full brow massage effect as advertised. The goggles also couldn't fully extend around my head, leaving the blue folding mechanism exposed the entire time.Noise and Vibration Issues: The vibration function on the goggles was quite noisy and not at all soothing, as one would expect from a relaxation product. It almost felt like the goggles were designed to be used with noise-cancelling headphones to mask the loud vibration sounds.Additionally, the loud beep at the end of the program was very jarring, completely undermining the relaxing experience I should have felt after a session.Build Quality Concerns: Over time, the crease in the leather (or leather-like material) became more and more pronounced, even when folded up. This made the goggles look worn down quickly.Comparison to Competitor: I had tried a similar product from another brand that cost about a quarter of the price, but felt much more relaxing and comfortable to wear. For the premium price of the Therabody goggles, I expected a higher quality product.Overall, I'm disappointed in the Therabody smart goggles and don't feel they lived up to the premium brand reputation or price tag. The fit, noise, and build quality issues made for a frustrating and unrelaxing user experience. I'm returning these and would not recommend them.

Good but not for the money
Does a great job but doesn’t apply pressure in the right places due to where the device folds. It needs more flex to hit the temples etc better

Makes a qualitative difference to my sleep
It makes a substantial difference to the quality of my sleep and that I’m much more relaxed when dropping off to sleep. I really enjoy the heat sensations along with the massage. I recently paired it to my phone and can now listen to soothing music at the same time.

Good but also disappointing
Why did you choose this product over others?:A friend recommended it, as it has a choice of 3 heat settings, massage strength and patterns. While it can be linked to an app and a variety of music can be played, I was disappointed it didn't play through the mask.It is also quite noisy when going through its settlings, which is distracting and very irrirating & disappointing.

Seem a gimmick, the music side for me is definitely superfluous, but they help with my halo migraine
I tried these goggles out for 3 days after I got them, using the relaxation mode to try to get my pulse down (I'm typically at a 95-100 resting pulse rate, which the doctor says is a bit on the fast side), without much impact at all. The goggles got things down by between 6 and 8 bpm, which to me wasn't a massively worthwhile amount - I suspect I would have achieved a similar goal by just sitting in a darkened room with soft music playing. I was not at all thrilled, and didn't feel them to be worth anything like their original £175 price, never mind their current £234 price!I downloaded the app, linked it to my iPad, and tried with the music integration - I found this to be just daft. I couldn't really hear the music over the vibration of the goggles, and it actually distracted me from the massage aspect of things. Then, this morning I got up with a "halo migraine" (a condition from which I have suffered for the past 10 years or so - they come on every 2 or 3 months). These are, apparently, "migraine-lite", where you can't really see or read anything because of psychedelic patterns appearing before your eyes, but the sickening headaches and blinding pain that some poor souls associate with migraines don't materialise (for which I am truly grateful).Mine take the form of multi-coloured spirograph style patterns that rotate and obscure anything at which I'm looking - not great if you're driving or trying to write the code on which my living depended. I've seen the doctor about them and he says the only thing to do when they strike is sit down in a dark room, keep my eyes closed, and wait for it to stop. I normally do this, take some ibuprofen to lose the residual headache, then spend the remainder of the day feeling dizzy and disoriented. This time, I was able to get the Smart Goggles out (why on Earth does every company put stuff into plain black bags that are impossible to find when you really need them?), put them on for 15 minutes, and the massaging made my halos and headache go away. I took a couple of ibuprofen to try to keep the halos from coming back, and I've been fine all day - no dizziness, no disorientation, no side effects at all.I was going to give this product 2 stars because they seemed an expensive way of achieving not a right lot, but after having tried them in a stress situation, I am now happy to give them 5 stars. They may not work for you, but they definitely worked for me. I just wish they'd put them into a bag that is not plain black and thus almost impossible to find when your eyes have got wheels spinning in front of them! I'll be using fluorescent heat treated vinyl to print "Smart Goggles" onto the carry case so they're easier to find, but so far I am very happy to have them.
