zero stars if I could.READ BAD THE REVIEWS. This item will work a handful of times and then the mechanism quits. It is not returnable, BUT you can get a refund from customer service in the middle of the return form. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND JUST DON'T BUY IT.

Originally I thought this was broken and so I just put it away and said screw it. I got it out later to try again because I was annoyed.....I had tried and tried and couldn't get it to work. When you first turn it on it makes a little noise and acts like it can't move the little mechanism inside to hit the spray trigger. Just get it going, choose your level of spray and leave it be. IT WILL WORK. If you try to test it or get it to spray right away, it's not gonna do anything and it's gonna appear broken. Just set it up and leave it...give it a bit and you'll see that it works perfectly fine.
