Fills in the big blank spot on the front of my house.
This is a realy nice way to add Christmas color to your home and yard, without hanging string after string of lights. I always decorate the deck with blue lights and have colored lights on the eaves, but there was always this big blank area in the middle. I could put up a large hanging decoration, but after pricing them at over $50, that was just a bit cost prohibitive. This fit the bill perfectly. Just the right price, it fills in the "gap".This light plugged into an existing string of lights that I had already set up. It doesn't have the three-prongs on the plug end, nor does it have the wider prong that you find on a lot of home appliances like this. That makes it fit into just about any light system you have.I have mine set on the deck about 5 feet from a large wall, aimed upwards at about 45 degrees. In this configuration, it gives me coverage about 8 feet wide (faint at the very edges) and over 12 feet up the wall. If I wanted to cover the entire side of the house, it would take 2-3 of them to get complete coverage, but since that wasn't my issue, I'm happy with the unit.The projector also comes with holiday themed slides. One has hearts, one is Halloween theme, one has snowflakes, and the last has a Christmas theme. They slide in and out easily, but click into place so they won't fall out if you mount this upside down. Speaking of mounting, as you can see there is a hole in the base. With a screw and a washer you could easily screw this onto a permanent location or make a stand. Me, I just used a little C clamp and mounted it to a 2x4 on the deck rail. Easy peasy.The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the plastic body. I'm sure in most environments this would be adequate, but I live where it gets down well below zero. I've had other plastic outdoor decor and the like, and every year I forget to put it away, the item ends up shattering from the intense cold. With that in mind, I opted to take the unit in at night when the lights get turned off. Just not going to take the chance. I wanted a metal body, but for the price I bought this. It hasn't failed me yet, and the temps have been hovering just above zero, so it's a winner for me.

Nice small size
Really impressed with the quality of this projector.Nice small size, can be tucked onto a mantle for great display. Different slides are included. Can be used for various occasions.

Not powerful enough. Covered only a small area, and got dimmer and dimmer as you go farther from the wall. The motion had a dizzying effect, too fast!

Great little holiday projector
Great projector. It comes with multiple different attachments for Christmas, Halloween and other occasions/holidays. It projects kind of fast so if I could change anything I would slow it down a bit. But other than that it works great.
