It is very comfortable. It does get a little warm. **Q: will this inogen one g3 backpack fit under airplane seat in front of you** A: yes, it will. **Q: Are the both Backpack straps completely padded, ergonomic and adjustable? Can't tell by the illustration.** A: Yes, Both are padded. The padding starts at the top of the backpack. Each strap is 2 inches wide and 15 1/2 long. The padding then dtransitions as the strap continues as a smaller nylon belted piece that goes into the adjustment buckle. I wear a large coat or size 44 jacket and the straps are plenty long enough for me to have extra length to secure to my body. It is much easier for me to work or hike with the back pack and the Inogen one G3 being carried this way rather than on my shoulder with a one strap sling. The back pack is not as tightly fit for the Inogen one g3 as the one made by the company. I find it good enough for what I need and at a good savings. **Q: will this fit a very large man?** A: my office mate has tried mine on, he is 6'2 and 450 pounds. The chest strap might not fit, but I cut mine off.
