Good bike stand
I recently got this bike stand, and it has significantly enhanced my bicycle maintenance experience. The stand's construction primarily consists of metal, ensuring durability. Setting it up is a breeze, and it conveniently folds down for minimal storage space.A standout feature is the inclusion of a tool tray, which provides a convenient and organized space to keep essential tools within easy reach. No more fumbling or searching for tools!A minor suggestion would be to add extra padding to the clamps to prevent potential scratches on the bike frame. However, this can be easily resolved by using a soft cloth. While the clamps are effective, I do wish the handle provided more leverage for tightening. The disk-shaped knob can be challenging to grip tightly.Overall, this bike repair stand has exceeded my expectations. It offers convenience, reliability, versatility, and the added convenience of a tool tray. Although the clamps' handles could be more ergonomic, it remains an essential tool for the average home mechanic.

Just awesome
I tested this stand out as soon as it arrived. I'm stoked on it! As a mechanic, it's always nice to have a stand with you when an issue should arise with your (or your friends) bike. I can't even count how many times I've been at the bike park or a local trail and just wished I had a stand in my car with me. With the way this stand folds down and stores into its bag, this won't ever be an issue again! It's sturdy enough for all my full suspension bikes and I can work on them with confidence. I've put it to the test at its full height. No complaints here! This is a game changer for me. Super happy with it.

lightweight, portable, and flexible; only missing one feature...
My current stand is very basic bi-pod where the bike sits on top and straps in. It's functional, but not very flexible as it only has one position for the bike and it is difficult to remove the bike with the ratcheting mechanism.I saw this and mashed the order button so quickly I nearly broke Amazon because has so many advantages over my current rig:- it folds up and is way more portable; this is great for on-site work, volunteering for the local bike repair non-profit, etc.- it has a clamp for the bike frame; the clamp can also rotate so you can easily work on your bike at different angles (there are teeth that "clench" to hold the angle in place)- it comes with a handy tool trayThere is only one thing that is missing: a quick-release clamp. The one on this stand is easy enough to use—it has a big knob you twist—but it is not as convenient as the quick-release clamp you find on many other stands. One other note: the top end cap on my was cracked during shipping. Fortunately, they included an extra end cap and two extra foot caps—as well as additional bolts—which is a nice touch. So, unless you absolutely must have a quick-release clamp, this is the stand for you.

Great stand for the price.
My old stand finally bit the dust. Decided to try this stand because of the clamp is able to be turned from the front instead of the top. Really really like this feature and very easy to use on all bikes. The heaviest bike I have put on it so far is a 33 lbs mountain bike, it held it just fine. Rotating the bike while on stand is a bit awkward but doable.

Bike stane
I received this through the Amazon Vine Program. This bike stand is easy to assemble. Not so sturdy though. I have to keep it lower to the ground while using it. It tends to be a little wobbly.

Lightweight yet still stable and secure, this is a fantastic portable stand
Once I discovered how incredibly nice it is working on a bike repair stand, I left the days of flipping my bike upside down on the sidewalk to work on it behind. As an avid cyclist, even though I have a couple shop stands, I still had my eye out for something a bit more on the portable side, and this stand is definitely it.The tubing is a lighter weight than that on my other stands, but when fully folded open, the tripod it forms doesn't feel unstable. It isn't quite as stable as my Park Tools shop stand, but this also costs less than half of that one, and that one is a beast to move around. This stand has a small tray you can attach to hold small parts and a few tools, and that is pretty handy, and it also attaches in a better manner than my other stands, and manages to remain out of the way.The main arm which holds the bike is very sturdy and doesn't really flex at all. The clamping mechanism is simple and easy to adjust, and the arm itself is able to be swung around to the left or right once your bike is up there, so navigating around it is easy. You can also rotate the arm turning your bike so that the front or back of it is higher or lower as well. The clamp itself does not have a notch for exposed cable routing, but there is a space between it and the arm, so if you hold your bike while clamping it down you can avoid pressing the cable into the top tube.Overall, I've found this to be a great bike stand for portable use, though it would work fine setup in a home garage setup as well. It is a bit light duty for something that would see extremely frequent use, I wouldn't use this in a shop for example, but it should be perfectly fine for everyone else. The big sell to me is the portability this provides, not only is it lightweight yet still sturdy and stable, but it also even comes with a travel bag you can carry it in, making tossing this in the back of the truck a no brainer. If you're considering a repair stand, this is a good one which excels at portability.
