I purchased the individual tea bags, I found the taste to be very light, it definitely needs some additional flavor, next time I will brew with ginger and lemon. Color was very pale, barely noticeable. It did help with my coughing, so I will continue to drink it.

cheaply made
Most of the bags are cheap. Have holes in them and if you don't mind using a strainer all is good. I otherwise would have given a 5 star rating.

Great packaging!
The packaging and delivery were great! The teabags are well-made and the tea has a pleasant taste. I did add honey, but not necessary.

Bullcrap
I never purchased it Amazon took money from my card that was on the app already and this item that was in my cart for several months somehow got delivered yesterday but I never wanted to purchase it bc I found something better in store. Now I can’t return bc it’s a no return policy? SERIOUSLY!!! And the stuff looks like hamster food in a freaking baggy.
