Reminiscing with love
I am only on chapter 3 or 4 but I think as someone who already utilizes these things in life I got exactly what I wanted reminders. Life gets crazy and forgetful and I love I am able to remind myself that this isn't the end of my story it's one chapter in my book. Hopefully this helps you as you buy it to read.

Once I picked up this book, I couldn’t put it down. Every page is filled with encouragement, practical advice on how to get on track, and inspiring stories of other women who overcame challenging situations. I’m excited to start applying the lessons I’ve learned in this book! If you feel overwhelmed by negative thoughts and want to improve your life, this book is highly recommended!

Inspiring and helpful

Definitely worth reading!!
This book is a great read. It’s full of insight and into how to break. Bad habits had to eat well is very well written and I highly recommend it.

Mostly good.
I rather enjoy the book, it put me on track as far as changing my outlook. I feel as though I've overpaid as I found an error, and a lot of this stuff can be looked up online as far as what to eat to feel better and boost energy.

Simple, easy concepts to incorporate into your life
The title of the book is enough to grab anyone’s attention. It is easy to read and to understand and that’s important because in times of stress, worry and overwhelming circumstances- complicated advice is not the remedy. The author explains their theories and recommendations in a way as if you were talking to a friend. The words stick with you once read, echoing back and forth in your brain which only further encourages the concept of the book and proves that the effect will be long-lasting.
