Works great worth the money

I install carpet on a weekly basis, I know for a fact Roberts is a trusted brand in the industry. After my work truck got broken into, i decided my business could use one of these for better efficiency. After a week of working with it, i would have rated it 5 stars. It cut my work time, and i loved it. after a month i realized the box was kinda cheap, but i don't mind. What i need it for, the box is just secondary. Now, after three months i definitely need to get in conatact with the seller, my master tube, the one that makes the magic happen, wont hold. it started skipping all the nudges and has increased my work load. i would like to get it replaced. or at least repaired. this is how i make my livelihood and im bummed out i spent over $600 on a machine that lasted less than 3 months. i would rate this much higher if it proved to last a lot longer.

This is a great stretcher,I use it every day, everything works as it should, buttons on tubes are easy to push and slide, lever action is smooth, wheels on foot make ot one man easy to stretch in a house

Good product

The end piece that goes against the wall with the little wheels on it, has razor sharp edges. I gashed my finger open this morning just buy trying to remove it from the case. Blood everywhere. Be very careful with it because it's made of aluminum and when they cut it, they left razor sharp edges. You need a file to grind the edges down, because the magnufacturer will not do it for you.
