Makes good coffee if you ignore their brewing instructions
I purchased this one since it was the largest Moka pot I could find. It makes good, rich coffee if you ignore the directions (which said use medium grind and don’t pack it down very much— that advice produced a weak cup!— so it was back to a fine ground for me and tamping it down more.) I like the larger width of the base that holds the water since it fits on my stove burners better. Seems well made and sturdy, and I expect it to last a long time. It’s very easy to clean, most of the used coffee grounds dump out easily with just a tap against the side of my kitchen compost bin or trash can, and then a quick rinse for everything with water.

STAINLESS STEEL PROFESSIONAL QUALITY
I was looking for a stainless steel replacement for my otherwise beloved aluminum stovetop espresso maker (due to leeching concerns), and this does nicely. It's twice as large as my little moka cafe maker, which is what I wanted to make a large breakfast cappuccino. There ARE a cpl tricks to it though--don't overfill the water above the bolt (so add precisely 1 cup of water) then tighten the HECK out of it--otherwise you end up with a sputtering mess of coffee. Combined with the Bellemain Milk Frother, I now have a $10 buck capucco for the price of a 2 spoonfuls of coffee, half a cup of milk & a spoonful of sugar. As good as it gets.

good
It is really good for a cup of coffee. Easy to use and the bottom is perfect for my stove.

Pass
The material is good. Except the lid, is very thin, it doesn't look good quality.

Sweet Nectar Of Life
Can’t beat the price and quality! I was using a French Press for a bit, but it just wasn’t the same as my cafecito. I’m trying to steer clear of aluminum Moka Pots and this stainless steel one was the perfect solution. It feels like great build quality. I don’t let it run until all the water is gone from the bottom, but even then it’s just a tiny bit left. It’s super easy to clean. I just rinse it out every day. Keep in mind that the cup size is based off of espresso cups. Enjoy!

Don't be Disappointed
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I wanted to try a stainless steel moka pot rather than an aluminum one. However this product produces a liquid I would hardly call expresso. Most unsatisfying. Stick to Grosche (my preference) or Bialetti aluminum moka pots. I was tasting a little metal in my cup and wanted to try stainless. I learned cleaning my Grosche aluminum pot on occasion with white vinegar and lemon juice is the way to go. I returned the item. Enjoying my espresso!

Nice induction, plus size moka pot
I love Moka pots, but they have two fatal flaws: (1) they are too small and (2) they are aluminum.Enter this nice unit - stainless steel, induction compatible, and large enough for two legit cups of Joe.Very nice looking unit. And if you haven't tried induction, you should! This bad boy completes it's cycle in under 3 minutes on my induction range, incredibly fast!Moka pots have always been easy to clean, but can have a residue scent. For this one I simply hand washed it out of the box, then ran two hot water cycles before using it. No scent so far. Make sure to rinse the rubber seals after every use, though. Makes a great cup, similar to a steam toy, half way between regular coffee and 16 bar espresso.Highly recommended.
