Arrived well packaged and in a timely fashion.Nice thick comfortable insoles.Bit of a pain to cut down to size and this could have being made much easier with some different sizes marked on the soles as cutting guides instead of having to resort to trail and error. Eventually got them cut down to size by cutting little bits off using a sissors and putting them in the shoe and testing for fit and repeating this process until I got one to fit and then just cut the other one to match.One slight advantage of this trial and error cutting is you have better control where the arch support eventually sits.I am not sure I would recommend them for loose fitting shoes as they are quite thick so it feels as your foot moves around a little bit on them. However in my wife's lace up work shoes they are very comfortable and she loves them when working longs shifts. She praised them so much I got myself a pair for my work boots and I find them very, very comfortable.I would highly recommend these insoles.

I've tried them all, scholl, sorbothane, z liner all made my pain worse.. But these... These are great. I was a bit skeptical with them being so cheap & when they arrived they looked like scholl ones so initially I thought it'd be more of the same. (Scholl ones were actually decent but after a week wore off) but these are extremely comfortable & feel like walking on comfortable springs, but not too springy. Didn't have to trim them as they fit perfectly (8.5-11) & they are great so far

I found these very uncomfortable. There isn't enough give in the gel, which pushes the foot against the top of the shoe. Made my shoes feel uncomfortably tight. Also the texture of the gel means when you slide your foot in to put your shoes on, your socks drag and stretch across the toe. Threw them away after less than a week and wouldn't recommend.

These are super comfortable and like walking on a cloud. The problem is they only last a couple of months and just fell apart.

Seem pretty good, easy to make smaller. Recommended.

They are amazing, it's the third pair I've purchased. They are so comfortable and have helped me so much. I would definitely recommend them, especially for the price.

Really comfy and keeps my feet cool. They only scored 3 as I bought them for my work shoes but I can't fit my feet into them with the gel insoles inside them cause they're thick. They are great in my trainers though.

Very pleased with these. Ordered them for my mother and myself as we both have trouble with pain in our feet and we are both finding them helpful. They do give a good thick cushion under your feet. Good value for money.
