I wear a pair of Signia Behind The Ear MineReceiver aids. Several weeks ago, I bought some wax guards, from another supplier. The little white guards were too large for my in ear receivers. That was my bad. I was not paying attention to the size. This latest batch is spot on. I believe the difference is that, this time I ordered guards for a MiniReceiver.
