Tilly and the Buttons Cleo Pinafore & Dungaree Dress Sewing Pattern

Another great, trendsetting and easy to follow pattern from Sewing Bee idol Tilly. I've made two of the long versions for myself in aubergine and toffee needlecord, plus two denim minis for my cool teen daughter. I'd really recommend this pattern to anyone new to dressmaking with an interest in fashion - you will get quick results and professional finish. New sewers may also want to try her Coco and Agnes patterns - create a full outfit! .Cleo will also appeal to more experienced sewer who just want a quick make.

As someone starting out in dressmaking I wanted to find something that was easy enough to start with but also that was I'd actually wear out the house after. The instructions were so clear and simple that it was so fun to do, Ive had so many compliments on my dress and even requests to make one for all of my colleagues! Great pattern very worth the money

Easy to make with clear instructions but is very baggy around the wait. I need to adjust it - others have had the same problem.

Easy to use and pattern is printed on good quality paper not flimsy tissue paper makes up into a lovely pinafore good sizes too

Honestly a doddle! I have very basic pattern and dress making knowledge and I found that this pattern was just written in a simple way, that didn't confuse me and the dress has just turned out really well. It's given me the confidence to try more patterns and enjoy making me own clothes.
