I got this for my 2 dogs that picked up some fleas. My first impression is that they seem to be just like the bigger brands. It’s been about 2 weeks since I first put on my dogs. It has worked pretty well since to control the fleas. There are no bad smells with it. Hopefully it will last the whole month. But since I put on they have been scratching less. Overall this seems to be comparable to the big brands and has been working well. Pros Easy to put on No bad smells Works well Cons The puncture top bottles always get a little on your fingers. Just be careful to wash your hands after.

I'm in Florida and fleas are a constant battle. The price on this is fairly reasonable, especially if you buy it on a deal day. It is definitely cheaper than the name brand. It seems safe for our dog and his cat companions. He has not had any side effects at all, although it doesn't seem to last a month. It maybe lasts 2 1/2 to 3 weeks then he's scratching like crazy. We prefer this formulation because it also repels mosquitoes, which have been terrible this year. I just wish the product was more effective and actually lasted a month.

Our old flea medicine stopped working, and before we knew it we were infested with fleas. After just a month they are down to seeing them here and there, hopefully by next month they will be totally gone. It doesn't have too bad of a smell, and it dries quickly.

This Brand works even when front line was not

Every year fall transitioning to winter when fleas are more common, I medium level dust my yard and all perminiters with diamateous earth, activate and put flea collars on midsept worm til about 3rd winter frost and then mid October i do 1 topical treatment ( this is the first time in 15 yrs ive used something different...wish i wouldnt of! usually its wally worldpets armour plus...identical ingredients and medicine % is the same as this amazon basic brand) Cons: it's much thinner the oil strip was gone in 2 days and transfer on to us definitely had less desirable smell AND YOU GUESSED IT...WE GOT FLEAS!!!! The way its applied thru peak season, is sufficient enough that we shouldnt have not 1. This schedule allows more then enough coverage for prevention, ingestion and should of break the cycles completely. By killing all generations/stages/eliminating 1 flea=2000 eggs btw AND injesting flea eggs causes tapeworms 8/10 tines. The cycle and all fleas who crossed enemy lines free shouldve been pushing daisy's n not snacks, b4 they thought about a so good so delicious pup to ride around biting at em! Guess moral is trying new things is phenomenal but if its not broke n works efficiently. LEAVE IT Theyve never slept outside overnight let alone one a floor, they dont hang in the yard bumming around, they have their own privacy fenced, very well maintained backyard thats only ours, same with our neighbiors n their pups to the sides of us, we sweep and mop every night b4 been...gotta love thevwonderful click floors in our rental-everything comes insude, no over grown grass n bushes or trees, walks aren't thrustrangers yards we stray from any grass or fields for the most parts its concrete or sand. They seriously use the yard to burn off energy and do their duties...nothing more...the charades n fun begin inside! Theyre more insistent on being where mom is n getting potty snacks. So after i dusted for crawlers-it got EVERYOTHER exoskeleton that crossed in it, fkea collar was put on as a preventative-alao crap another review coming so as i when I administered this and the flea collae

The product work and is a reasonable price. However, it leaves a a nasty, white, greasy residue in the hair. When I try to brush it out it yanks the hair out. I’m afraid he will get a bald patch. I’ve used 3 and it has done it each time
