This is a really good support belt. The Velcro is much stronger and durable than that on a typical abdominal binder. I like the little hernia pads that were included. I have about a 30 inch waist and the SM fits me great. I even had room for a hot pack under it. Highly recommend.

Initially, hurt my back. Much better after adjusting, no need to bind so tightly. I do think this type of product should be nude color though. Why BLUE?? Must have been a man's idea. Lol
