Poor, wouldn't tighten up on my motorbike bar, tried different ways, but still not sufficient. Ball also isn't the same size as official RAM mount ball, so buy with caution.

I have RAM mounts on the handlebars of both of my motorcycles and now thanks to this I have a mount on my bicycle. This kit comes with options to mount on different diameter bars and also brake/clutch fluid reservoirs. A mechanic told me a long time ago that the latter option could be dangerous as the additional vibration generated by the mount and the item it is holding could interfere with the the fluid and the operation of the reservoir and piston inside it. So for that reason I note its inclusion in the kit but I have no intention of using it. It's a great choice of functionality though - you'd be able to mount it on all sorts of motorcycles and bicycles. The fit on my bicycle handlebar with the smaller of the two provide u-bolts was really good. The build quality looks excellent with a weight and feel that suggestions it is not made out of the same Chinesium mystery metal as is often the case with parts sourced from ultra-cheap websites. This is going to last. it's also worth mentioning the low cost compared with RAM originals. Considering the quality and the fitting options this is not just as good or better than the original, but it is *way* better value.

A great little kit, suitable for multiple handle bar sizes, extra rubber inserts to prevent vibration and enabled a good fit. Standard 1inch ball to fit many brackets used in GoPro's and others. There is even a spare U bracket to cater for smaller handle bars and reducing the threaded part being too long. This mount has got it all, rust covers, thread locking nuts and various parts. At a tenner its great value and should fit a multitutde of handle bars from small bikes to large 1400cc bikes like mine. You can fit this to a handle bar or a 'handy'. extension bar I've got my GoPRo fitted to one of these and now I've got a second ball mount I might try and get my phone too. Lots of functionality and various parts to cater for all solutions. bargain price
