This is my second purchase of this drill. The first one lasted about 10 years and was used and abused almost daily. I expect the same service from this replacement.

Workes great! But buyer beware
Ridgid does not want to honor the LSA on the box. Even though they sell items on Amazon, they do not want to register them for the agreement. You are better off buying it somewhere else unless you don't care about the agreement, but that's half the appeal of these cheaper tools.Other then that, it works great. Powerful, and ate through concrete like it was butter. Hammer Drills are quite heavy though, keep that in mind. I would not buy this for daily use.

Works great
I used this to drill into cement and cinder block walls. Hammer works like a champ. I do have the variety pack by Ridgid as well and they work well also.

Didn't even make it through one hole before falling apart!
Drill fell apart on the first use. Gears and screws flew everywhere. Very disappointing.

LISTED AS NEW, BUT USED
I received my ridgid drill with out the factory sealed box. It was packed in a cardboard box instead. The tools worked, but I had to send it back for my refund. I don't want a second hand tool, if I paid for a brand new one.
