Excellent product! If you want an easy way to spend less time keeping your pool clean, this is a no brainer! The price can't be beat either. I suggest ordering the mesh sock that goes inside the basket for ease of cleaning and keep the finer debris from going through the pump\filter. When installing adjusting the basket is crucial and I restrict the suction on my #2 intake when there's lots of bugs, leaves ECT blown into the pool, otherwise I just let it run without restricted suction. Be sure to empty the basket before turning the pump off or all the debris that the skimmer got off the top of the water will float out and defeat the purpose. Will definitely recommend.... Wish I knew about it soonerENJOY!!

Does a great job. I have a 12 ft x 24 ft Bestway above ground pool. I am surrounded by trees and stuff is constantly falling from the trees into my pool. The skimmer pulls in all that floating stuff. It was an easy install. Took maybe 10 minutes to install.

This works amazingly well. My only complaint is it doesn't work well with oval rails. We put a stick to take up some of the slack as you can see in the picture. In trying to get it tight enough that the baskets doesn't pop out of the water (because of the fit with the oval rails) the plastic cracked. It will finish out the season but will need to look into something different for next year. I would recommend as long as the pool rails aren't oval

This is a great skimmer. My pool is the BestWay oval 20X12. Bought it at Costco. My husband had to jimmy rig the clamps that attach it to the pool it’s self to keep it sturdy, he used some of his window cleaning rubber strips and it stays put. We do use the socks in them which you need to buy separately. We also sometimes plug up the other pump side of our pool to make the skimmer work harder. We tried one other brand and it didn’t work. This one works great!!

Works as advertised. Easy install. If you have a weak pump you may have to block one of the holes to get better suction

My attachment that holds the skimmer in place cracked after a week of it being in the pool. Have not tried fo a replacement part yet but the clamp could have been made stronger. With a little duct tape ists working but looking for a better built replacement.

My neighbors Crepe myrtle started blooming early this year and I’ve been cleaning pink flowers out of my pool every time I go outside. Idk why I’ve never had a skimmer on my pool until now. This thing works like a champ. Literally installs in seconds and super easy to adjust to the correct height. After running for just a few minutes it’s already paid for itself. All the surface stuff goes right in the basket.

This skimmer means business. It’s simple to use, easy to attach, and does exactly what it promises: it cleans the heck out of the surface of your pool. Just make sure your pool pump has enough power to create the vortex effect, once it’s going, nothing on the surface stands a chance. Bugs? Gone. Leaves? Sucked into the abyss. Pollen? Vanished.It’s not fancy. It’s just effective. And honestly, that’s all I needed.
