This stopped working after 1 year. It is showing incorrect weight

Product is good as well as it is affordable and I tested it personally it give me an accurate result but there was no warranty paper inside it . I was looking for that as well as there is no manual that tells how it works. Love the quality and the accurate reading of this product and definitely they provided battery with this product so that was a good step
