Is PTM7950 good replacement for thermal paste for laptops?

Sure. you can use those pads as a replacement for regular thermal paste one your laptop or desktop computer. PTM 7950 is probably the best thermal paste you can buy for a laptop right now. I tested it on my Dell G15,it performs admirably and beat the OEM thermal paste used by Dell in my laptop I would highly recommend this PTM7950 thermal pad to anyone who has an overheating laptop

how's the performance?

So far seems to be extremely good. Applied this on a Dell XPS15 9570 laptop, the temps have dropped by around 15 degrees. and this product seems to stay within good price! If you need moderate price thermal conductivity thermal pads, I would recommend this thermal pad! Worth a try

Hey, how is this comparable to "Honeywell" 7950 phase change thermal pad. Is this the same thing?

I've installed it in a very hot trashcan Mac Pro in both GPUS and CPU and the temperatures have dropped by around 15 degrees. to the point that I can overclock the GPUs safely in windows. I'd say the performance is incredible but I can't say for certain if it's as good a one sold by the name brand Honeywell. but from reviews I've seen on YouTube and other commenters on other websites seems like these are also Honeywell, just sold in bulk to resellers.

Just recently replaced my paste with these pads on my laptop.Should i be concern if i made a cutof the pads thats bigger than the cpu die?
