Detailed model
This is a very detailed model of a classic bike. The finished job looks excellent and is an almost perfect reproduction of the original bike, the detail is incredible even the tyres are accurate. The only inaccuracy is that on the model the left hand engine casing was chromed and it never was on the bike but this is a tiny criticism that can be painted over. I really enjoyed making this model and it even has a spare chromed exhaust if you would prefer it to the black one. It's a fantastic model to build and amazing value for money.

Almost as good as Aoshima bike kits.
I've had Tamiya bike kits in the past and must admit they really are very good kits and very life-like when painted up.Tamiya also make a Yamaha RD250 LC and an RD350 LC if you can get hold of one as theyre really rare kits, although they're named RZ not RD (export name I suppose).A brilliant kit though.I've also have Aoshima motorcycle kits and those are even better and even more life-like than the Tamiya kits although they are more detailed than the Tamiya kits.

gvreat detail
great model with the option of parts to either have standard exhaust and handlebars or custom versions ie 4 into 1 exhaust and different bars or any combination of these. one critisisam is the the instructions do not show how to fit the standard options, fortunatly i have enough knowledge to know how to do this

Excellent value for money
This kit was excellent, Tamiya quality came through again. All parts fitted first time with no fiddling or very minimal adjustment. The kit is very good value for the money especially when you look at the display model you get at the end.Very pleased.

Lots of fun
This was very enjoyable to make, and looks great when its finished. I found the main pin to hold the handle bars on was too short. So I fed a section of brake cable through the gap and tied a knot as a substitute. Its hidden, so you don't notice.
