I was given Boost when I was hospitalized. Frankly, I didn't expect tolike it so I was surprised that it tastedgood. I'm pleased with glucose controlSince it doesn't make your glucose spike. The chocolate, strawberry andvery vanilla are all tasty. It costs a bit but I use as a meal replacement so I buy fewer groceries. Boost doesn't leave me hungry between meals. I alsoCompare prices as there is a considerable gap in what retailers charge.

Seems to be working and tastes great!
I bought this to see if it would increase my energy levels. One a day. One step at a time. I can feel a bit of difference. Plus it tastes great. Not too fond of the amount of sugar in it though. Watch for that.
