Do not buy
The media could not be loaded. First it does not come with a refill dispenser it only comes with the dispenser that’s it, you’d have to buy the refill separately, and beware on where you buy your refill dispenser because mine came in with a dead battery so both the dispenser and the refill aren’t working. Over all its not worth it, I say go with the ones where you have to push the lever to dispense it, this technology crap sucks

I brought this for my office and it dowse just what it say… very easy to install and you don’t have to buy batteries iits build in refill … remember the rellls are sold separately and will last you a good while… it depends on the amount of people use it. Help keeps germs down and less people will get sick … I love ❤️ it… a must have
