Beautiful coffee maker that matches my other kitchen gadgets. It makes excellent coffee and I like having the choice of three strengths. It keeps the coffee nice and hot for 45 mins, then it beeps and the heating plate switches itself off. You can easily switch it back on again with the press of a button. There is also a timer which is useful for those who want their coffee ready at a certain time every morning before going to work. It has a nice big jug so there is plenty for everyone. At first I was a little concerned about the steam that rises in front of the buttons and clock, I thought that may impair the functioning of these over time. However, this is resolved by not tightly closing the lid of the machine which allows the steam to escape from the top. Even though I ran plain water through the machine twice before use as directed in the instructions, there was still a slight taste of plastic with the first brew. This did not happen with further use and was undetectable by the second brew. It’s a lovely coffee maker.

Looks good, makes the best coffee! Two years in and still going strong. I have saved so much money by making coffee at home - takeaway coffee is just not as good as this machine!

Loved the style the idea, difficult to work out instructions, no beeps that are instructed to occur. No quick start and haven’t fully worked it out after a day. Clock goes off every time you set it, have to re set it every time. Needs bullet point simple instructions of how to use. Coffee lovely, easy to clean, difficult to see water level when pouring it in. Good coffee maker, the booklets on this make of kitchen ware is difficult to work through.

Superb Coffee Machine...HOT coffee, large capacity, hotplate turns off after 45 mins but I just turn it on again, not suffered 'stewed' coffee at all....Fab retro styling. It does not need coffee filters but I still use them to keep it clean. Size 4, needs pushing down a little (flatten the bottom) but it works fine for me. This is a very substantial Coffee Machine and well worth the price tag. I bought the cream and I am very happy with it. Highly recommended. Very stylish.

I was in a rush to replace my old coffee machine, as it broke down unexpectedly, and this one picked my interest because of its beautiful colour and aesthetic. Of course, that's not what you're looking for in a coffee machine. It does make very good coffee. I'm very fond of the reusable filter, I find the coffee better tasting than when using the classic filters that you throw out after one use. I use the timer setting for when I'm working the next day, so I always wake up to a wonderful cup of coffee waiting for me, plus the whole house smells like delicious coffee.

I was very disappointed after purchasing this item (which I am returning) after reading all the positive reviews. This set my expectations for it to be an excellent product. To be a balanced review, I would first like to say that it is reasonably good value for money. It looks as pictured, so in design it is lovely and compliments the kitchen space and great that there is a choice of colours, with options to purchase matching kitchen appliances. The function of it is simple and easy to follow with good clear instructions. I am returning it because it came with a surface scratch, which some might think I am being overly fussy, but if I am buying something new, I would not expect any scratches. It also condensed water down the back of the machine when running water through it in preparation of use. The plastic used inside the filter space is very thin and cheap to the look and feel. The filter looks and feels like it will break upon washing it after use. So I would not have been confident that this would not need replacing after only a few uses.... This is a shame as other than this, it would have a lovely coffee machine. I would prefer to pay a little more for better quality in this area. So realistically speaking, if you are looking for a coffee machine that is good value, looks the part, is compact and practical for the kitchen space available then this would be a good purchase. But bear in mind that the filter component could be more robust to ensure longevity, reducing the need to replace often. Note, I doubt they all arrive with a scratch, these things happen so please do not let that put you off.

It makes coffee very well. It’s a coffee machine!
