Worth every penny
Love these scissors! They are the workhorse of our kitchen. Very sharp. Excellent craftsmanship and steel. I hand wash and dry. Then give em a light coat of food grade mineral oil now and then.

I use the scissors every day at work. I’ve used them for the past three months and they are just as sharp as the day I bought them.
