Quick and easy!
I installed the Kasa Apple HomeKit Smart Light Switch KS200P3 at my shop, and it has been an excellent upgrade. The fast response time is impressive—whether I use Alexa or the Kasa app, the lights turn on and off almost instantly. Now, after locking up, I no longer have to walk all the way up front to shut the lights off—I can do it remotely from my Samsung Galaxy or with voice commands through my Sonos Alexa-enabled speakers. Also, a neat feature is the switches have a little glowing circle when they are off so you can easily see them in the dark. I can also program them via Alexa skill or the Kasa app to turn on and off at a certain time. As an IT professional, the app set up is really nice and well thought out. My mother could set it up once wired in, it's that simple.Pros:✔ Fast and Reliable Response – No noticeable delay when controlling through the app or Alexa.✔ Alexa Compatible – Works flawlessly with my Sonos Alexa-enabled speakers.✔ No Hub Required – Connects directly to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.✔ Well-Built and UL Certified – Feels solid, and I trust the safety rating.✔ 3-Pack Value – Great price for three switches.FYI:⚠ Stranded Wire Leads – Instead of screw terminals like traditional switches, these use pre-attached stranded wires that must be wire-nutted to your solid house wiring. This adds a bit of bulk in the electrical box, especially in tight spaces.⚠ Neutral Wire Required – If you don’t have a neutral wire, these won’t work. Make sure to check your wiring before purchasing.Overall, these switches work flawlessly and are a great addition to my smart shop setup. The only minor downside is the wiring method, but most smart switches are like that and once installed, they function perfectly. If you’re looking for fast, responsive, and reliable smart switches, these are an excellent choice.

Just make sure you have a neutral wire available. This 3-pack is a great deal, especially if you're starting to upgrade your home. I’ll definitely be getting more for other rooms!

Nice addition to home
At first was frustrated during install, but figured it out. Instructions not totally accurate, we got working after going through Alexa app. Once the first one was done the 2nd and 3rd was super simple. I could do without the light on the switch, produces a lot of light at night so in bedroom it was keeping us up. Had to cover with black tape. Seems light on indicates switch one, ours was a ceiling fan so light was always on. Added to a second fan and just needed to name it different, works fine.

Works well with Apple Home.
I bought this as a replacement for a Wemo switch which is no longer supported by Belkin and wouldn't work with a new router. Instructions for the Kasa switch were clear and the swap out was easy. Set up on Apple Home was also simple. Programming was easy and it executed its programming correctly during the first 24 hours. So far I am completely satisfied with the product. I have not attempted to use the voice control.

Great for Local Control in Home Assistant
I had been using different Shelly modules behind traditional light switches, but the Shelly modules kept dying and I couldn't figure out why. I decided to substitute these in instead of the Shelly modules as these were well reviewed and I like the paddle switch look.I luckily had an available neutral wire in my switches electrical box, and installation went very easily. I connected each switch to my IOT WiFi network without issue which is actually a big deal for me. As my IOT WiFi network blocks WAN (internet) access by default, I have run into problems with some products from other manufacturers which require the device to have internet access before it declares setup successful.I did briefly allow each switch online so it could update with the shipped firmware (1.0.5) to the latest before blocking their internet access once more.Home Assistant found them very quickly via the "TP-Link" integration (I used the "TP-Link Smart Home sub-setting after selecting TP-Link), and I was able to add them to the appropriate room and control them with my voice assistant. This all worked without the switches having any access to the internet (a.k.a. local or offline control), which was exactly what I wanted!Note: I had some minor, brief wireless drop-outs with two of the three switches in Home Assistant, but that all went away once I updated the switches to the latest firmware; they have been rock-solid since.THANK YOU SO MUCH to TP-Link for giving consumers to control their smart devices without having to resort to yet another cloud service! The only thing that would improve my experience is if I could update the switches firmware via Home Assistant (ideally) or via a web interface local to each device similar to how Shelly does it.

Best home gadget for your lights and outdoor lights
I use these switchen on my porch lights outside. Works great! Inside of the app you can set a timer or set them to go on at sunset and off at sunrise. Besides the timer I can also access them remotely and turn them on and off since they are connected over WiFi. They are also compatible with all the smart home devices but have not yet tried that.Installation was super easy and easy to part to your phone. They connected instantly when trying to add them
