Good for tension headaches
I suffer from frequent neck pain around the base of the skull which leads to frequent headaches. I think this has been caused by sleeping on my front quite often (don't laugh.. Look it up its a chiropractors number one do not do!) playing tighthead prop in rugby, weight training and poor posture. When my neck is playing up and the headaches are kicking in I find 10 minutes on my neck stretcher really helps. It's not an end in itself but along with stretching, trying not to sleep face down, and concentrating on posture it's a great addition.

The Original Neck Stretcher
I bought this in conjunction with the Original Backstretcher. It is a useful addition but as a one off piece I think it would have benefited having instructions with it - am I using the right way? The right way round? etc etc
