Never in my life have I had a better knife. I bought it back in November when I was sick of using the sharpening block on all my knifes to no avail and quoted $20 to sharpen one. I cook a fair amount and it is STILL sharp. I just purchased another as Thanksgiving is coming and we are always fighting for “the” knife . Do yourself a favor and buy one. This knife is fantastic.

Bought this for my daughter's college apartment use. We had an inferior knife situation. We used amazon shipping of this item to an amazon locker right on campus. Great price. I asked her if it worked better than the old one. She said: "Yes! It's sharp and scary!"My response: "Excellent! remember on your left hand - curl your fingers so the knuckles are sticking out when chopping!"

You could spend as much as you want but this is a full tang chefs knife at a great price, has great balance and edge retention, doesn’t seem to rust and just feels great in your hand. If you wear it out, it can be replaced without the high cost of the many other name brands.

This knife was so sharp that I sliced my finger open and had to get stitches. Not for children or un-careful people.

A nice quality steel kitchen knife. The weight and balance of the knife is great and it feels good in your hand. The blade is easy to sharpen and holds the edge. The wedge shape makes it a great option to have in the kitchen.

At first glance and use this is a great knife for the price! Donno how durable long term. Will use and will wait and see.

This knife is a terrific value. It is quite sharp and the handle fits nicely in the hand. I'm chopping better than ever.

Very good quality, clean shop looking nice if you like to cook would be a nice tool in the kitchen
