No the window is sew in to its own canvas ready to install

Hello does this convertible top come with the cables to install it?

This top does not come with cables. You should be able to use the old cables. They just slip in to the new top. They have springs to keep them taught.

Does it come with the weatherstripping?

No it only comes with the top and the window so any other parts you may need u will have to look online i reccomend getting new weather stripping cause if you do it yourself once you pull them out they are pretty difficult to put back in.

What is a good place to find an installtion guide for this? Any videos you would recomend?

I would look up you tube. There are lots of videos on install car.
