Ebode PM10C Remote Control Extension for AV Player

Bought these to enable my daughter to control Sky Box, Apple TV module & Blue Ray from another room which the all have 10 metre HDMI running to a 50" plasma in the room next to her bedroom. They work well with all 3 remotes only one slight niggle that the receiving unit has it's LED flickering at night which disturbs her. This is most likely interference from all our DECT phones or WiFi networks which cannot be helped. A sticky tape shield on the side facing her bed solved the problem.

Got this kit along with a 10 meter HDMI cable to extend my virgin cable box, as an addition to the freeview in the bedroom. The set up was easy 'plug and go' made the mistake of puting the recever unit too close to the virgin box, which made it harder to get it to work properly, 'This is not required' I then put mine on a shelf about 2.5 meters away and about a meter high, and works great, and the virgin box is on an angle to it. This is a great item and definately worth considering if you don't want to pay the £49 installation fee and £6.50 a month extra box rent from virgin. Happy days :)

Works well, even with my video sender and wireless 7:1 headphones as competition.I had to re boot my Sky HD recorder on the initial set up and experienced some crackling sounds on my headphones, which stopped after a minute or two.I found I had to place the unit right in front of my Sky box downstairs, but the upstairs unit works well, even at a distance. This may be because of my video sender and wireless headphones.Be careful where you buy your unit as mine came from Italy. It took over a month to arrive and came with two European plugs. The two plug adaptors cost £6.50 each.

Had to get these two devices in reasonable vicinity of each other, otherwise the wifi between them was not working well and the instructions from the Remote Handset didn't work very well. Also had to put the transmitter to the DVD player IR pretty much in front within a 20 deg angle (but that may have been the DVD player).Finally got them working well, but had to work on the best position, and glad that I bought them as it works really well at a low cost.

Bought this to transmit my remote control upstairs. I had poor wireless connectivity in my house already so wasn't sure if these things would actually work. Needn't have worried, they worked straight out of the box, just plugged them in and hey presto - I could control my devices downstairs whilst in the room upstairs. Really impressed with how well they work without fuss.

This little gadget does just what it says on the tin!It can be used for more than one remote control at a time and there is no need for extra cables.I use it to connect my satellite to my bedroom tv - my tv is connected by a coax cable, so I already had the picture, but no means of changing channel - this now does it for me - providing I press the buttons of course.The other great thing about this gadget is that it doesn't need to sit in front of the item it is controlling.Other remote extenders have nothing on this, I tried the magic eye gadget and couldn't line it up, then other extenders needed cables running everywhere and I wasn't going to do that - then I found this wireless remote extender! It's a great item!

I can't get them to work. Probably because I don't know what I'm doing and the instructions arent great. I've even had a tv guy out to try and sort, but with no luck. Consequently, they've been in the cupboard pretty much since I purchased them. However, my friend has them and they work great, she loves them.

very very good.I had sky showing in bedroom via a coax cable, but couldnt turn the channels over - this does just that! (the changing channels - not the signal part)it is worth noting that this is powered via standard plug (cant see it mentioned on listing) - some can be powered via tv, so bear this in mind if you are short of sockets or extention leads.
