It holds them! And really well

Not much to say other than it works as intended and indeed holds drum sticks.

In this case, bag of sticks is a good thing. The material and stitching seems to be good enough quality to last a while. The straps have antislip pads that prevent it from sliding down the stand which is very good.

This nylon pouch holds about 10 pairs of drumsticks, brushes and other drum gear, which is nice in and of itself. But it's built very well and -- best of all -- can be installed in seconds on any cymbal or drum stand. It transformed my son's previous mess of a drum kit area into an organized space. An extremely affordable way to keep track of your gear. Highly recommended.

This bag is not too big, but plenty large enough to hold more drum sticks than I have. I've attached it to one of the legs of my digital drum set frame within easy reach. The bag is tall enough that the sticks don't flop all over in it, but I can still see them well enough in the bag to grab the pair I want. I especially like the grippy rubber on the inside of the velcro straps that prevent the bag from slipping down a pole or frame leg.
