Helps with my nightly reflux! The taste is very strong and vinegar-y but i like to add a little water and that helps a little.

The leg/foot cramp product was excellent and works immediately, but this one did not help acid reflux - now to be honest, my acid reflux is tough to get relief from and not much helps it sometimes - still glad I gave this a try as if it had worked - WOW.

If you can stand the vinegar taste ..this works fast!
