The media could not be loaded.  Awesome straightener. Got my bird’s nest looking sleek in under 10 mins. Super light weight and thin. Easy to use, heats up easy. Does take quite a while to cool down. I like that the touch part locks so I didn’t accidentally change temp while doing my hair.

I purchased this iron a few months ago and returned it because I thought I was unable to change the temp reading from celsius to f. Well after trying 2 other irons that didn't do half as good of a job as this one I bit the bullet and re-purchased. Well to my surprise you can change the temperature reading by pressing the t and - simultaneously (I have no idea why this valuable info was not included int he directions.)Anyway my 4A pixie is perfectly straight with one pass using this miracle flat iron. Excellent value - great iron!Update: The iron lights up but will not power on. Disappointed.

Seriously don’t waste your money. I’ve had this product for about a month and it just sucks. I don’t normally write reviews, but want to spare others. I have semi straight thick hair. I have to go over the same spot at least 10 times for it to be straight. Just today it started malfunctioning I had it turned on and it would heat up to my temp and lock, but after about a minute it started to heat up way higher, start beeping and saying it was too hot and turn it self off. This photo is after 10 minutes working to try and straighten it.

Gets hot easily and hot to touch while styling but it’s does the job .you can use low setting for hair wig that’s great part of this styler .Its not branded like chi or ghd but you get what you pay for .

This is the best flat iron that I ever used. Quick heat and not damaging.

I think I received a damaged one. Reached out to seller no response. Got super hot made buzzing noise, did not cool down after inactivity as it states, took over 30 minutes to cool down. Wasn't the best flat iron, hair was frizzy after use
