This monitor "just works". It has worked with every device I have thrown at it: Mac (M processors), MS Surface, portable media player, Android tablet, and Android phone.I haven't pushed it for time (ie: no long sessions "on the road"), so I cannot comment on how it affects battery life, but I have used it both at home and on the road (for short periods of time).For productivity it is great. It is amazing how much more you can get done with a 2nd monitor. Having one that is light and fits in your backpack is awesome. It also works great when you are meeting with someone and need to show them what you are seeing on the screen, but there is no (comfortable) way to have them sit to see the actual laptop. You simply hand them the portable monitor (or turn it around on the table), and mirror your screen.Lots of pros:* light* good clarity* simple (ie: just works with everything so far)* very useful in a lot of situations* uses laptop power, so no extra cables required and no power brick* OPTION to use a power supply to save laptop powerCons:* the stand is basically a fold of the protective case. It is highly annoying. It doesn't seem to fold properly and when you do get it right, it still doesn't "feel" right.The case/stand is annoying, but I would buy this device again. Highly recommended.

I code and use this as a 2nd screen. I’ve had it for almost half a year and it’s still working great. It’s very clear and large but also light weight and travels easy! It’s also durable, sometimes when I adjust it, it will fall but it doesn’t seem like it bothers it much.It’s also compatible with many different computers and comes with plug ins to accommodate that!The ONLY thing I would say I don’t like is when I shut my laptop, I have to unplug the 2nd screen from my computer because it will go into this weird default mode and change colors. It’s not a big deal but the only downside about is that I’m constantly unplugging it which I imagine could ware out the plug in area.Overall, a good quality affordable buy that comes with many different plug in cords to accommodate your needs!

This monitor is awesome. I use it with my Surface Pro table as a second monitor for work and my son uses it with Nintendo Switch. The picture is incredible and the built-in stand is sturdy. The monitor is very light and doesn’t require an independent power source when using with computer. Setup took less than 5 minutes from the time I opened the box. I have another portable monitor (different brand) that I bought a couple years ago and this one is exponentially better. I rarely leave reviews, but I highly recommend this monitor.

This monitor is awesome and is better than my work laptop screen it's plenty bright and is essentially plug and play.It fits my needs and I can set up a work space anywhere near an outlet in my house. The price was good and it comes with everything needed to get to work or play right out of the box.

The case is a very nice tough making this super portable. Build quality seems nice as well, but I have only had it for about a week. Features are good - I was able to connect power to the monitor, then monitor to laptop, and that powered not only the monitor but was also charging my laptop. It also goes the other way, with me charging my laptop, and then just one cable to the monitor. Or just a cable to the monitor (doesn't need charger, but it does drain battery). Overall, very pleased. Using with a lenovo chromebook, and no compatibility issues.
