This swing is very sturdy and well-balanced. We’ve tried quite a few of these and the bases all ended up lop-sided, leaning to one side. Not this one! We don’t use the mesh surrounding it so I don’t have anything to say about that

The reason I purchased this brand, and not one cheaper, is that reviews said it was easy to put together. Not so, my friends, not so.The ropes are somehow twisted to the point of incomprehensibility. No matter how you place them you cannot get the right height. I do not understand the clips. I’m the IKEA, model, and builder person in my family, and I’m very successful at it. I read all instructions and look at all pictures before I start. But the instructions and drawings are very unclear and contradictory, and in one case, if you make an error, impossible to fix. (See photo with red circle). Nothing said to keep the connector pointing in a specific direction (it fact, it wasn’t clear it was to go through the holes, and it can’t be undone once locked into place, so don’t make that mistake. Fortunately, I don’t think it affects safety.I got it up so it’s safe, but I am going to have to take it down and start over with any other instructions I hopefully find online as it continually stretches to 4 inches above the ground no matter where I put the ropes. Very annoying. Why these companies can’t hire a professional tech writer and artist will forever confuse me.However, I still gave it 4 stars because I think it can be figured out and the two boys clearly love it, problems aside. They did some swinging, then wanted to eat lunch in it and sit in it for tablet time, which makes me feel happy they are at least getting fresh air. Plentvof room for them and probably another kid or two. It seems fairly rugged (although the carabiner clips have a plastic area), but the netting keeps bugs out and kids in. Once I take it down and start over (sigh) and get it right, we’ll have a pretty nice backyard toy. I hope.

This is the first swing I bought for my kids since we had moved. We hung it on our apple tree and they swung and swung. Our 3 yr old felt safe and could swing with their older sibling without being afraid of falling off. I also felt more comfortable with the net. Unfortunately, 2 months after they had been using it daily the buckle on the net broke and does not stay up anymore. I would recommend covering that snap with something rubber to prevent it from getting caught and snapped.

My 2yo falls asleep on this swing all the time. I love how sturdy it is and even adults go on it! Exactly as pictured!

Absolutely love this! I bought it for my granddaughter. The swing looks sturdy and enclosed with a tent. Even I love to nap in it. A great addition to our backyard!

This is a simple, strong swing for kids. My son and his friends enjoy it.
