Great control
It has been great to have this fitted so I can control my heating from my phone while I’m at home or away anywhere.

This is not 4th Generation
Don't buy this product. It is a fake description as there is no 4th generation Nest in UK/Europe by the time if this review. In fact, I wouldn't even buy a Nest on the internet. The beat thing you can do is buy directly from a Nest technician and they will install it for you. The equipment will be the same price as on the internet and you'll be sure it is correctly installed and the warranty applies for 5 years.

I Love This
I had one of these fitted at my previous house and I had to leave it behind when I moved. I missed having this more than missing my jeighbours. It's easy to control on my phone app and on my Alexa. It even turns off the heating when I go out I highly recommend one of these for any home. It will save you money in the long term. I recon I will save me on gas the purchase price within 1 year.

It is NOT 4th Generation!
I was expecting a 4th Generation Nest Thermostat with AI, but it turned out to be a standard 3rd Generation thermostat.

A great product
It’s a great product but it’s complex by nature, unless your a competent electrician have it professionally fitted and set up

Not for retail
Nest thermostats are great but unfortunately this particular listing has an incorrect description. There is no such thing as a 4th gen learning thermostat at the time of this review and the box is clearly labelled that it’s not for homeowners to install. It’s not for retail sale and only meant for Nest Pros to install.I’ve started a return and purchased the retail version of the 3rd gen which is also significantly cheaper compared to this listing.

NOT BATTERY POWERED!
The description was that the thermostat was battery powered so we arranged the positioning accordingly. This is not the case. Luckily the site is above a PowerPoint but required the purchase of a 2m cable and plug to allow it to work! Not happy that we now have a cable running down the wall. 😠
