I'm a Spigen fan all the way around. All of their products are amazing, including this case. My wife absolutely loves it! We are Otterbox Defender Series people but have found this Spigen case to be same protection in a way slimmer form. You can't beat the price for what you receive. BUY SPIGEN! When it comes to phone cases, usually I swear by Zizo brand phone cases since I've yet to have any phone damage when using one. But lately It's gotten harder to find a Zizo case for my current phone. After a cursory search and a bit of courage to try something new, I came across this case.Overall it seems like a fine, sturdy case with a hard plastic covering a softer plastic to keep my phone protected and slim profile with no protruding bits (one thing I realized was a negative to my previous cases), though that smoothness may be a negative for those looking for a more textured case for grip. The highest it's been dropped with me so far is off a 2ft table and it survived so there's that. My only real complaints are the color choices are lacking and are fairly bland, the kickstand is by far one of the worst, flimsiest plastic stands I've seen on anything and I'm sure will snap off at the slightest increase of pressure on it, and though I can't confirm yet but due to how the soft plastic hugs the phone around the screen, it might mess with any screen protector you have installed (though to be fair, the one currently on my phone is garbage so it may not be the fault of the case).All in all, it's a good case for what I can see. Best part about it; a nice slim profile so it fits in you pocket easy. Worst part; the kickstand sucks.

I've had good experiences with this brand once before, and so far I have good expectations for this case. I've only used it a few days, but it seems to stand up to all the simple put downs and the one greater than ideal drop on the desk I've done.The case fits as easily in my hand as any other of this size or for a phone of this size, and materials seem a little grippy so it's not as likely to slide out as the phone by itself.The Materials are essentially a rubber-ish lining with hard plastic outer shell that wraps around it in one direction. I've found systems like this to be some of the better ones before. Note: I think some of the other reviews I read miss-interpreted the fact the plastic shell comes off separately as "broken", but many of the cases function this way and you can just snap it back on to the rubber.There is no protection to the screen itself, so if you want that you'll need a separate screen protector as I did. As such, there isn't any effect from it to the finger print reader. You might need to keep the case off for a day for the protector to adhere without creating air bubbles due to the phone itself's curved edge design.I will say the kick stand is a bit tough to get out at first, and it really only works if you want your phone horizontal. I had hope it might work for the vertical as well, but it is what it is and should function for that part.The one outside critique I've heard and partially agree with is that there's no Camera Lens protection for a phone that talks up it's camera. On one hand they have a point that there's nothing stopping a pointy object or similar from going in for a direct hit. On the other hand there are recesses in the back of the case that fit around the lens and have a slight bit more depth, so there is SOME protection there. I'm not sure what the folks expect for a case attachment without creating an additional film that could fog or otherwise get dirty similarly defeating the purpose of the camera. My screen protector did come with a separate lens protector, but it's to bulky to fit with the case, and I suspect most would be and would not protect the lens significantly better enough for the trade off.I love the color (I picked green) that it came in, better than the Green of the phone itself.Overall it seems like a good case on the short term and I have no concerns unique to this case.
