I purchased this refurbished iPhone 14 Pro Max for £500 expecting a professionally refurbished device with decent-quality components. After Christmas and New Year, the battery performance began to drop significantly, which I understand can happen with older phones. I initially took it to a local repair specialist in Leeds (iPatch) just for a routine battery replacement, as I rely heavily on my phone for work. However, when the phone was opened, the technician found that a very poor-quality aftermarket screen had previously been fitted and it was already starting to separate. This was likely the cause of the screen intermittently going blank when the phone was moved. As a result, I ended up needing both a new screen and battery, costing around £300 — over half the original purchase price. I appreciate that refurbished phones often contain replacement parts and that batteries naturally wear out over time. But at this price point, I would have expected better-quality refurbishment and components that lasted longer than a few months. If you’re considering buying refurbished, I would recommend checking exactly what standard of refurbishment is being offered and factoring in the potential need for a battery replacement on phones of this age. Buyer beware.

Strong phone with high durability It charges fast and have a good screen quality

This is simply awesome, product is superb and rugged. First time switching to apple from long term android use. I have few disappointments but that is to do with IOS but phone is of top notch. I am giving 4 just because few scuffs but have not returned because the battery percentage is 100. So happy. Contacted the seller and they reimbursed 10 pounds but that is just small perk for a 820 second phone

La batteria arriva a fine giornata tranquillamente con utilizzo intensivo tra giochi video foto YouTube e messaggistica varia film e quant’altro cronometrato quasi nove ore, con un medio utilizzo di video e altro senza giocarci troppo ho toccato le 11 ore, senza pretese ne fa 18 ore. Lavoro di notte è perfetto ha tutta la durata che serve per chi come me ha bisogno di batteria e prestazioni Le foto sono di oggi, dopo aver stressato di molto il telefono potete vedere che la capacità è scesa un pochino ed è normale, ricordo che le batterie degli iPhone SE tenute con una ricarica al massimo fino all 80 % e mai sotto il 10% hanno un tasso di usura della batteria vicina allo 0 Complimenti al venditore e ad Amazon

Little less battery than i expected but nonetheless it’s a phone in excellent condition nothing to complain about except the battery being on the lower end at 84% but i am very satisfied with my purchase

These issues have to advertised, you can not tell people what's wrong with it. Poorer quality than advertised, lost confidence in the product. Edit: sending back the product was a mess.

Ho acquistato questo iPhone 14 Pro Max ricondizionato categoria "eccellente" su Amazon, pagando un prezzo più alto del mercato ricondizionato, confidando nella qualità Prime. L'unica cosa eccellente è stata la consegna veloce grazie a Prime.​ Purtroppo, il prodotto non rispecchia affatto la categoria: presenta graffi visibili sulla cornice, inaccettabili per un "eccellente". La batteria è all'84% ma con molti cicli di carica non dichiarati, e dopo solo 2 giorni di uso normale (3 telefonate e poche notifiche), scende sotto il 50% in mezza giornata – assurdo rispetto al mio vecchio iPhone 13 con batteria originale che teneva il 60% con lo stesso uso dopo 5 anni.​ L'unica nota positiva è l'estensione di garanzia, ma a pagamento extra. Pessima esperienza con Amazon Renewed, sono deluso e affranto: evitate questo venditore per ricondizionati. 1 stella.

In great condition, with one small dent in the corner that isn’t visible with a case on. Came with a new battery, not Apple original but works perfectly. This is a huge plus! Much better to have a 3rd party brand new than an original at 80%. Everything as advertised, very sarisfied
