Great little heater
I have a small space heater that I've been using for years, but the fan is starting to struggle, so it was time for a replacement. This Inkbird Plus heater is much better. I have several other Inkbird products, and like the others, this is well-built, and it has simple controls that are easy to use. The buttons are touch-sensitive instead of mechanical, which I think is a good thing because mechanical controls wear out. The remote is a nice addition, and I use it often. The heater puts out an impressive amount of heat for its size, and it heats up my home office pretty quickly. The thermostat (Eco Mode) does a good job of keeping the room at my pre-set temperature. There are two areas where I think it could be improved. One is that it could be a bit quieter, although it's really not all that noisy. The sound is mostly just air being blown, so they would probably have to decrease the output to make it quieter. There's no problem listening to music or watching TV with it running. The other thing I would like is an option for the fan to turn off when the thermostat turns off the heat. The way it works is that when it reaches the temperature you have set, the heating element turns off but the fan keeps running. I would prefer if that was an option, because sometimes I like it that way, to keep air circulating, but sometimes I wouldn't mind it turning off. But these are both minor complaints. I would rate it 4-1/2 stars for not being perfect, but since we can't do 1/2 stars, I would say it's worth 5.

It heats
What can be said about a space heater? It heats!! It actually heats quite well and quickly. Plenty of power, and controllable temperature w/ a digital readout which I like a lot. Also, the oscillating feature is nice. Cord is about 6ft long, so plenty of length for my bathroom where I will be primarily be using it this winter. Secondary use will be to heat a small closet in my basement for fermentation of my homebrew over the winter. Its small enough to tuck into the space between my toilet and cabinet and share that space with a garbage can.Nothing negative to write. The only thing that seems off to me is the + and - button. To me it seems like they should be on the opposite sides of the oscillate button. It just seems weird. The water droplet for low and high fan is a bit strange too.I'm a big Inkbird fan. I've got numerous products of theirs, and this is no different. It offers nice features in a well made, attractive package, for a fair price!ETA: Bump to 5 star. Amazing heat for this little package!

This thing is amazing...
This little thing is way better than I expected. I bought this little space heater to keep the space I brew my wine in at a consistent temperature, but before I put it in there I wanted to test it out a bit. First off, I honestly believe it could keep my entire apartment warm if my furnace failed, and that is saying a lot coming from northern Wisconsin. It seems very safe, with a mechanical tip-over switch on the underside instead of a more fallible mercury-type electronic switch. It also has built in overheating safety protocols installed. I love that you can just touch a button to make it oscillate for even heat distribution. There are high and low settings, as well as an economy setting. When you set this unit to a specific temperature in economy mode, using the +/- buttons, it will automatically keep your space at that temperature. When the air reaches the desired temperature, the heating elements turn off- but it will continue to circulate the air. This prevents hot spots in the space and ensures consistency of temperature throughout. When you turn the unit off, it will continue to circulate air for a few moments as well, to make sure to disperse any residual heat within the unit, yet another safety feature. The WIFI enabled app allows an even more convenient user experience once you learn how to use it, and it's pretty easy to learn. All in all, I'm extremely pleased with this purchase, and consider it a steal at the price it's going for. I set a bottle of Kombucha next to the unit in the picture so you can have a bit of size reference.

It does not do anything of what's advertised
1. It doesn't heat at all, are basically a fan.2. The app doesn't work. I was able to hook them up to the app (I bought 2) but the app doesn't respond at all and when it does, the heaters doesn't respond to the app's command.3. It doesn't have a thermostats, it never turns off because it doesn't heat.4. They are noisy.5. The timer doesn't work, you can set it from 1 to whatever hours that it will never turn off at all.6 it doesn't hookup neither Alexa nor Google, the heaters doesn't respond to any app at all.I'm returning them, is a waste of money and electricity.

Nice little heater for small spaces
I purchased this heater with the intent of warming up a small room when bottle carbonating my homebrew. I need to keep the room steady at around 70˚ for a week or two and in the winter the room stays around 60˚. I purchased the wifi enabled unit so I could check on it remotely and adjust if needed. The heater works well. Nice strong fan, a bit noisy but it pushes the heat throughout the room, especially when using oscillating mode. I've been running in eco mode so I can set and maintain the temp I want. It runs a lot while heating the room, but eventually runs less to maintain temp. I do like the auto off if tipped over feature. Since the room is down in the basement I want to be sure it will stop running if something happens (ghosts maybe :-)It's just a simple heater with a few extra bells and whistles to make useful for my needs.

Powerful little heater for a great price!
The media could not be loaded. When I first go this heater I was a little skeptical of it's abilities; until I tried it. I was drawn to it for it's wifi abilities as I want to use it in my grow tent. What a powerful little heater! So, I live in Edmonton, AB (we had a week straight of almost -50C temps and my basement was cold). I have I tried several compact heaters in my office/grow space in the basement (approx.200 sq.ft), most I have found will do the job, but take forever to get the temp to rise a few degrees. This little unit blasts so hot that it boosts my temps a few degrees in a matter minutes.Next; I tried it in my grow tent as I would like to be able to control it in the evenings when I'm not in my office. Works great! I'm able to control and monitor it from anywhere in my house. In the tent, it only has to run for a minute to get it up to the temps I want.A couple cons that I have but are not deal breakers.- There is no way to dim or shutoff the LED screen when it's running. I had to put electrical tape over for when it runs at lights out in my tent.- The temp gauge is in Fahrenheit and not Celsius which is kind of annoying for someone not use to converting temps.- The cord is attached to the part of the heater that turns when oscillating; so you can't have the cord stretched to its max length as you nee to allow slack.Overall I'd recommend if you are looking for a powerful compact heater you can control from your phone. Priced right compared to others that do less.

Awesome space heater!
Now that Winter is around the corner, this space heater is all we could ask for! Sometimes, as with most homes, our house can be a little cold and drafty at times, and having a heater at our feet while relaxing in a particular room can be quite comforting. When one turns the unit on, the heat is almost instantaneous, and with two settings (low heat and high heat) we can heat the room to our own specified convenience, fairly quickly. There is also an “ECO Mode” which allows one to set the required temperature with 1 F increments from anywhere from 41 F to 97 F. which is a range far more than we would likely ever use. There might be practical applications for this range, for example, if one were to require a room with a specific temperature while fermenting wine or beer, then this unit would be ideal for that purpose alone. We were surprised at how very quiet this unit is, so when we wish to warm our feet while reading, it will not disturb our concentration at all.The powerful unit is quite compact (about a foot high by a half foot wide) so it is very easy to carry (it weighs less than 3 pounds) and store. It also comes with a nicely designed, easy to hold carrying handle as part of the attractive design. The oscillation feature is quite convenient. It has the option to swing back and forth through a 45 degree arc, so it can warm not just one but at least two people at the same time. This feature also helps heat a room more consistently. In addition, there is also a convenient Timer Function, which can set the Space Heater to remain on for anywhere from 0 to 24 hours.Although not critical, it also has a feature that provides a gentle, very quiet fan (without heat), for those times during the summer months when one wishes to cool down. The instructions are a little unclear about this feature, but it only seems to work constantly when the temperature setting is set lower than the room temperature.Another incredible feature is that the unit contains a safety cut-off switch that turns the power off immediately if it is accidently knocked over for any reason.Although one could operate this unit manually, directly from the unit itself, it comes with a convenient remote control device that can operate all features of the unit from a range of 3 to 6 meters. We couldn’t be more pleased with this unit! It is exactly what we have been hoping would be made available for a long time, and contains all the features we could ever wish for.

Worth it for the features
This was a bit more than I was originally planning to spend on a heater but when it came to the application I needed it for it made a lot of sense. Using a space heater to heat an indoor grow tent, I really wanted to be able to set a specific target temperature and be able to monitor it remotely. I thought I was going to need a space heater, a thermostat controller and a wifi capable thermometer until I found this Inkbird heater. This winds up being all three built into one. I was going to buy an Inkbird temperature controller anyways but because I’m in a basement I only ever need to add heat to my space and didn’t need the added bells and whistles. The inexpensive space heaters I was looking at didn’t oscillate so I was considering buying an additional fan but this has oscillation built in and spreads the heat well. Ecomode is the default setting that allows you to set a temperature and have the heater turn itself on and off. The low and high settings are manual and just stay on all the time so I’m not sure if it’s pulling 1,000 watts or 1,500 watts in eco mode but I’ll get a simple plug-in power meter to test it at some point. The one thing the app is missing that would have been nice is a report of temperature over time but it does have what seems like a really good timer feature that’s a lot more powerful than what you can set up on the heater itself. You can set days of the week, times of day, which mode to use and target temperature. For my use I have it set to turn off at night to save energy when I don’t care about temp then go back to ecomode to achieve a specific temp using as little energy as possible when needed. If I were using it to heat my office I would schedule it to turn off every night and only turn on during week days. The build quality seems average but the design is really nice and it’s quite compact given everything it does. Overall I’m quite happy with it.

Buyer beware
This worked for two weeks then just quit. Amazon would not honour the product for a refund. I have no heater and am out over 100$

Great little heater
I really like this little heater. It does a great job heating up a room. The remote control is great and has plenty of features. You have to be mindful of how you place the cord as it is attached to the part that oscillates but that can be dealt with by placing the power cord in a way that gives the unit some slack. Overall I am very pleased with the unit.
