I reacted well to this. First week I experienced the expected fog and dizziness that I connect to other detox experiences. First day was unpleasant but only that. These lessened over the month and were nearly gone at the end. I will probably repeat in a few months. Can’t say I have any even subjective opinions about overall health results, but I recommend this product. Their website suggests this is their anchor product and that comes across.

I ordered these mainly for the milk thistle extract but generally for the overall liver support. I have been taking these (2 capsules) daily with breakfast instead of my regular alternative and they feel like they are doing what they meant to do.They are very easy to take - easy to swallow whole with a drink of water or juice that I usually have along with my breakfast. There is no aftertaste or stomach reaction after taking them which is always good.However, these do seem quite expensive (at the time of reviewing just under £25 -- or there is a subscribe and save at just under £24) for a months supply which is slightly over double what I have been paying for another brand with milk thistle extract and other ingredients and same effect. I'm always happy to try alternatives to see if there are better ones but after 2 weeks of using these - they certainly do work but not any better than the ones I was previously using and for more than double the price I would prefer to continue with my other ones after these have finished. Hard to know exactly as have been working out lots and eating well but convinced that this is now an important part of my detox. Have noticed that i seem to have more energy an just seems to make my body work a bit more smoothly. I've ordered some more.

Tablet is quite big, hard to swallow, can they crushed?

I have been doing a lot of research about the benefits of Tudca. Finally found a product that does what it says. It looks sleek as well. I will highly recommend this if you are looking for a supplement for your gut and liver.
