But I’d say it will hold bigger. **Q: does it do 90 degree vertical??** A: Dear Customer, Thank you for your question about our product. Of course, this easel can be placed either perpendicular to the ground or horizontally with the ground. Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions about our product. Thank you! **Q: Hi, can you confirm this will easily hold a 60" in height (vertically) canvas (not a 48 x 60 horizontal)? Thanks!** A: Yes it will go all the way to 77inches. You have to remove the center ledge and use the TOP smaller canvas holder ledge and very bottom canvas holder ledge only. That's how you accommodate that large. **Q: Can the easel accommodate to canvases a 36 inches each?** A: Yes. It can very comfortably do so. I have 36x72 mounted ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Professional Easel *by on Reviewed in the United Arab Emirates 13 September 2024* One of the best easels I purchased so far!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Genuinely love this frame *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 26 January 2024* Pros- decent wood- sturdy frame, at least for the way I paint and create art- not all that difficult to put together- holds decent sized stretched canvas with easeCons- not too keen on the way the tighten knob is behind the top canvas placement- I personally had to reach out to Viswin for the build manual as mine was missingSo the cons are probably minor, hence why I'm still giving it 5 star. I did get it on sale to be fair but I think I would have been happy if I had confidence in the brand like I do now, at the original price.I'll start with the top section. It's a great idea, I just feel like it's a second hand thought. Who ever designed it (I assume not someone at Viswin since it's not the only easel to have the same design) could have potentially changed it up. To be fair, it works. But I'd definitely only use it for references, photos or canvas board. The stretched canvas just won't sit right my brain to use it without thinking about how it could stretch the actual canvas if I push to hard using it. It shouldn't. But I'd rather not risk it unless it's only a practise piece. Now as far as the build instructions go, could be an oversight or maybe an older version I received. But Viswin reached out quickly and sent me over the instructions in PDF form. So I printed them out and got to work. And it was relatively easy. I take my time usually and it only took me about half an hour to put together. It's pretty straight forward when you've got the extra assistance there. It's pretty sturdy to be honest. The wheels move decently, at least on the carpet I use it on. It's not too difficult too much either as it's not that heavy when it's stood upright. It's really nice to use. I have no issues with the wood quality either. It all seems sturdy enough, although I'm generally not that rough with easels. It's nicely finished with a smooth finish as well. It's been so much nicer using an upright easel to paint. I'm used to using a small desk easel. This has brought a new lease of life to my creating art. And I don't have to do it on the floor for the larger ones anymore either!Happy to recommend it from my experience. I really do think it's a great product! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love my catapult *by on Reviewed in Canada 27 January 2025* Set up was fairly easy. It would be helpful to have another set of hands, but one person can do the job. Took me about 15 minutes altogether. Comes with a screwdriver as well with a magnetic tip for assembly in case you don't have any tools. The finished product looks like a catapult lol. I didn't install the additional canvas holder, but if you do, it can also be used to hold a tablet or monitor in place for your reference image. The build quality is very good. The wheels are truly silent and make moving it around fairly easy. The biggest bonus for me is it's tilting capability, which can really come in handy for oversized canvases for minor details or for gesso and varnish.I have a French easel as well that holds a max of 36" canvas, but this takes less space than that. Because the French easel's tripod design doesn't allow it to be used on compact spaces with tight corners. This is another bonus for this easel, it's heavy duty, can hold large canvases, tilts all the way, holds two canvases, and fitting for a compact studio space. ## Frequently Bought Together - VISWIN Collapsible H-Frame Easel, Hold 1 or 2 Canvas up to 78", Adjustable Beech Wood Easel for Painting, Movable & Tilting Flat Floor Art Easel Stand, Studio Art Easel for Adults, Artists - Natural - VISWIN 19"-26" H Wooden Adjustable Height Stool, Beech Wood Artist Stool for Drafting, Painting Stool for Artists, Adults, Wood Chair for ArtStudio, Bar, Kitchen, Home Use, Office - VISWIN Solid Beechwood Art Cart Storage Organizer, 3-Tier Rolling Utility Studio Taboret with Casters, Multifunctional Storage Trolley Shelving Unit on Wheels for Art Studio or Classroom - Natural --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ma/products/509113660-viswin-studio-h-frame-easel-tilting-flat-and-adjustable-beech](https://www.desertcart.ma/products/509113660-viswin-studio-h-frame-easel-tilting-flat-and-adjustable-beech) --- *Product available on Desertcart Morocco* *Store origin: MA* *Last updated: 2026-10-24*
