Does this work on Presta valves

No it won't grip the presta valve , but if you buy a presta valve adopter At around £1 it will work .

Will this work up to 120 psi? I want to use it to inflate my truck tyres.

It's a bit light in the casting , but I have used light models like this in the past to 120 psi . With no problims .

Is the inflator connector compatible with electrical inflators like AA etc.?

Yes the tyre connection is the same size the other end is connected to a air compresser not sure what you mean AA connectors I would have thought they would be a complete unit but yes the tyre connection are all the same

what pressure do you set the compressor at to use this ?

My compressor is set to cut out at 100 psi.
