I should have paid closer attention. These pills came at a good price point, but they are huge and very hard for me to swallow.

This product is great. Provides you with plenty of supplemental calcium and vitamin D to keep a strong healthy body and bones. The tablets are not too large and are easy to swallow. They don’t really have any kind of a taste during the process which is nice as well. The packaging is a nice recyclable plastic bottle to keep the tablets from getting damaged. All in all this is a good choice for vitamin D and Calcium supplementation.

I had hoped I ordered calcium without D3 since I take a prescription strength supplement of Vit D. The image clearly does not show D3, although the print indicates it. I now have $60 of calcium that is not returnable because it’s a food product. I hope I can somehow get a refund.

I recently found out I have osteoporosis. I read that your body can only absorb 500 mg of calcium at a time. I take one of these in the morning and one at night. Next bone density I will know more if it has actually made a difference. They are a little bit large so if you don’t like swallowing big pills, these aren’t for you. They really don’t have a flavor that I know of because I swallow them quickly.
