Can this be used outside on a upvc widnow ?

I haven't used it externally but I have used it internally on upvc across window frames and the sill, the window sills are upvc as well. I used a little super glue along he way, not that much just enough to hold it. It looks fine and far more finished off than it did before.

Is it sticky enough or advisable to use a glue as well? What type of glue would be needed?

Can this be used externally outside

I think you would need to ask the manufacturer. Not sure the adhesive would survive rain, frost etc outdoors.
