Good quality, plants that I re- potted are doing well . Cheap compost isn't the answer if you care about your plants

Not suitable
Don’t buy this as its normal soil and not suitable for succulents and definitely not for cactus. Lots of bark and holds too much water: Complained and the reply was sub standard

We needed to report our many cacti, we’d purchase several small bags of cacti soil from the local garden centres. This bag was a fantastic bargain.

Results suggest a quality compost
The plants that I potted using this compost are doing well, which I guess is testimony to its quality. It is not the cheapest available per litre, but perhaps you pay for quality. 4 stars rather than 5 because of price.
