This electric kettle is amazing it heats up water quickly and efficiently! It also has a temperature gauge on the outside of it. It has an automatic shut off when it gets to 200°. This is a great product I wish I had bought it years ago .

Everything looks cool outside and it does not take long to boil. however the water tastes very weird. I don't know if it is because of the plastic piece inside the kettle or the metal part. After using more than 20 times, the problem still exists. So, I am returning for my good health.

Love this electric tea kettle so much! Heats up super fast, and shuts off automatically so you can walk away and know you're safe. Love the temperature gauge on the outside, and the clear glass along the side lets you see exactly how many cups of water you have in the teapot without even having to pick it up and look inside. And it's so pretty! The color is just as pictured, plus it's a nice light weight too, and a very nice ergonomic handle.

Our kettle completely stopped working after 6 months. If I’m lucky the blue light will come on for a few seconds, then it just turns off. I contacted the company via their website because there was supposed to be a 1 year warranty. They asked for a picture of the Serial number on the bottom three days ago, which I sent immediately, and no one has gotten back to me since. This is quite an expensive kettle to only work for 6 months.On a side note, you also can’t adjust the temperature setting. It’s just a switch that you flick and it boils the water. That didn’t matter to me, but it might to someone else so I figured I’d mention it

Don’t waste your money. The kettle stopped working after a few months. The seller wouldn’t give me a refund despite it having a 1 year warranty. Much better products out there

First kettle I purchased leaked from just below the thermostat, returned and ordered a replacement. This took over a week to be delivered and won't even turn on.

This is both a really attractive kitchen accent that just oozes style, and a very functional kettle for quickly heating water for tea etc. We really like it!

Looks great and heats fast BUT less than a year old(purchased around end of Aug.22) and the connection between the kettle and the base is wonky ! The power light goes on and off and I have to play with the kettle to get it to heat so I can't just turn it on and walk away. I paid $113.88 when I bought this kettle so I expected a premium product but that's not what I got obviously ! VERY DISAPPOINTED !

J'ai acheté deux fois cette bouilloire ! La première a arrêté de fonctionnel après 3 mois. Comme j'aime bcp le design, je me suis dit qu'il s'agit peut être d'un default de fabrication et j'ai donné une seconde chance. Deuxième bouilloire ne fonctionne plus après 6 mois!!! Même probleme: Faux contact avec la plaque.Bref, à ne PAS acheter.De plus, la compagnie à pris des semaines avant de me répondre pour le remboursement...
