Once I broke the seal, the aroma of it just impressed me. As there are no additives and preservatives, I thought of trying it for my family. With a low glycemic index than regular sugar, it will surely go well for my diabetic father and grandma. We can feel its freshness when we use it and its texture too is grainy which dissolves well in the dishes that we make.

This is one of the best alternatives for refined sugar! It gives nice aroma in baked goods. It easily emulsifies with the fats! It doesn’t make cakes dense too. It tastes like jaggery but gives a better mouth feel. I have just used it in cakes, I’ll try more bakes too.

Why the f no one is talking about, we can't put it in the milk, the milk become curded, I think it has some jaggery mixed in it, that's why.
