Good Quality
Fitted as hoped for with no problems, was nearly put off by measurement saying it was 3cm thick, but it looked same as the one I wanted which was a bit thinner and it turned out to be exactly the same. I put 2 new handles on which as made a good satisfactory job, works like new.

Good reliable replacement at a good price.
This is a very good product. Replaced a broken gearbox, latch and dead bolt. The replacement has made the door feel like new again. I don’t often leave feedback but the item has worked really well and the price was very good.

Great replacement mechanism.lockplate hole needed opened up as lock was wider.serves purpose well.

Check dimentions carefully to get the right item
This item was to fit a relatively old uPVC door (17 years old). After checking the dimentions of a lot of locks this one fit perfectly and was an identical replacement. These are riveted assemblies and are virtually imposible to open and mend. Mine had failed due to a small spring which operated the latch. There is no way I could have opened it even if I could have found a new spring. If yours is having problems just replace it.

Fitmaent is good and works fine
The lock looks 95% the same as original GU. Fits ok and works well. Not as smooth as GU but does the job. Hopefully it will last long.

Fixed my door
Product arrived on the specified date, fitted no problem, door mechanism now working fine. I would say give the mechanism a squirt or 2 of WD-40 before you install into the door as it was a bit stiff without it.
