Coffee flavouring
Has a very strong coffee smell, does not colour the mixture which you add it to , it has a taste of coffee but slightly artificial taste too , it was given 4 stars as the quality was not deserving of 5 stars, I found fresh cofeee needed to be added to give it an authentic taste .

Pistachio Tastes Like Almond
I echo what other reviewers have said, the pistachio tastes like almond.May not be so noticable in baked goods but it is not good enough for gelato.Very strong, only need drops. No scent in the food liquid just taste.Has a sort of nasty aftertaste that clings to the back of your throat.Disappointing as I have always used Sugarflair colours but wouldn't bother with the flavours again.
