These are definitely waterproof with an incontinence pad. So a loved one says.Good quality too. Not ripped so far!Although steep in price (£11+ per one of the 2 items) considering its similar material to a fold away shopping carrier bag. Basically like nappy pants from the 80's for babies.

These pads are a load of rubbish they are supposed to be waterproof well there not what a waste of money iv thrown them away

OK ,so no one wants to wear these things, but if you need them as I do at the moment, I find them the best option.Yes, they do make a little noise, but that can be minimized by wearing ordinary underwear over them.There is plenty of room for pads...they actually LOOK huge, but they do hold all moisture in.A bit sweaty at night, but much better than a wet bed.

Sizing not correct had to keep but miles to big

These pants are very efficient and do the job well. They are easy to use and extremely comfortable if one suffers from the problem of incontinence.
