This is my best purchase in ages, it is completely silent even when testing msi 4070graphics with Benchmark. Side cabling is a priceless idea and installation is a real pleasure compared to front cabling. I highly recommend it, it's worth spending a few pounds more. As for the shipment, it came in perfect condition, the cables were never opened in their plastic packaging. The mounting screws and cable ties are another nice touch. I'm delighted..

I didn't expect anything less than an exceptional product from Corsair. No 1 for memory and PSU's for me I did have a 750 watt HX750 PSU still working perfectly from previous build /system which was working perfectly after more than 10 years but my new PC build looked to need a little more power to be safe so went with this RM850x SHIFT from Corsair. Wow! this new shift layout of side connections instead of the conventional rear of PSU is perfect, specially in my new Lian Li 011 D Evo which makes cabling even more easy and neat, I didn't need the Drive Tray above the location for PSU in the case so this shift PSU from Corsair fits beautifully in this Cases layout and is near to SILENT in operation 10/10 to Corsair for another great solid built product 10/10 to Amazon for speedy service as per usual

Excellent Power Supply. Works really well with my Ryzen 5 7500F + RX 6600 XT. Really quiet and cool.

This PSU runs very quietly and efficiently. I've been using it for almost two years now and Im very satisfied.

Bought it in January, first week in April chemical smell coming from it. Unsafe to now use.

Item was as described, fits with most PC cases. Came with plenty of PCIE cables for graphics cards that does not use the new pcie 12v high power connection.
